CABBAGE SALAD 
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
1 sm. head cauliflower, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, chopped and fried

Layer first 3 vegetables in 9 x 13 pan. Fry bacon. Mix dressing, sugar, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, and pepper. Spread over vegetables. Sprinkle with bacon. Leave overnight.
