BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
10 medium potatoes
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil and mash potatoes. Add sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt, and pepper. Beat until creamy. Put in greased casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika or grated cheese. Refrigerate 12-24 hours, covered. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees at 45 minutes.
