BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
10 med. boiled potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. very hot milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Whip potatoes and butter; add remaining ingredients. Whip until light and fluffy. Serve immediately or place in buttered oven-proof dish and refrigerate. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes (may take longer if cold).
