BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, peeled, diced, cooked and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Mash potatoes until light and fluffy. Add seasonings, cream cheese, beat until blended. Turn into a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made the day before and refrigerate. In that case, bake just before serving.
