BARBECUE CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits (12 in can)
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Add sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Separate dough into 12 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each of 12 ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up the sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
