Low Fat, Low Cholesterol Banana Oatmeal Cookies

 Felicia (California) says:
Oatmeal cookies are my absolute FAVORITE kind of cookies and banana bread is one of my favorite things to bake. So when I saw a sort of combo, I was all for it! Lacking egg substitute, I used an actual egg and I used 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of regular sugar. It was very quick and easy to make! The only thing is, they turned out not so much cookie-like but more bread-like on the inside. Not that I mind - they're delicious!
