BANANA SPLIT CAKE (DIET RECIPE) 
CRUST:

Line an 8-inch square pan with graham crackers.

FILLING:

Prepare a 4-serving package of low-cal vanilla pudding (regular or instant) and pour over top of graham crackers.

Layer following in order given: 6 tbsp. Cool Whip 1 c. sliced strawberries 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple 4 tbsp. coconut

Chill several hours. Serves 4 and it doesn't taste like a low-cal dessert.
