KRINGLA 
1 c. sugar
1 heaping tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

Beat sugar and butter well. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Chill. Take 1 tablespoon of chilled dough and roll into approximately 9" lengths, transfer onto cookie sheet and form a figure 8. Bake at 400 degrees until very light brown, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely.
