HOMINY CASSEROLE 
3 cans hominy, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper (optional)
1 c. grated American cheese
Sm. amount of pimento
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
Salt, pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt to taste

Mix all together and cook in electric skillet until hominy is tender.
