CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
3 c. milk
1 c. water
2 c. diced potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. flour
3 cubes chicken broth
Pepper to taste

Boil water and salt. Cook potatoes. Melt butter and fry onions until soft. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add chicken cubes, milk, pepper, and cook until thickened. Add cooked potatoes and their water. Serves 4 people.
