BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 1/4 c. rice
1 chicken, cut up
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. milk

Grease with butter a 13 x 9 x 2 inch. On the bottom of pan spread rice. Mix together soup and milk. Pour over rice. Lay chicken pieces on rice. Spread dry onion soup over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
