BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. dry rice
1 chopped onion
1 chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Chicken breasts

Roll chicken in flour and brown. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle 1 cup dry rice over it. Leave enough grease in skillet to brown 1 chopped onion and celery. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3 cans of water. Bring to a boil and pour over chicken and rice.
