BAKED RHUBARB 
1 lb. fresh rhubarb, cut into 2 inch pieces
3 tbsp. water
2/3 c. honey
1/4 tsp. salt

Toss all ingredients together in a baking dish. Cover and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or (until rhubarb is easily pierced by a fork). Chill before serving.
