CHEESE PUFFS 
1/4 lb. natural sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Pitted ripe olives, pecan halves, green onion or shrimp

Blend cheese with butter; stir in flour, salt, paprika (works better if blended with hands). Mold a teaspoon of dough around olive, pecan, shrimp or onion. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: 24 puffs.
