SURPRISE CHEESE PUFFS 
2 c. sharp cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
48 stuffed olives

Blend cheese and butter. Add flour, salt, and paprika. Wrap 1 teaspoon of mix around each olive; freeze. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 15 minutes.

Whole dates or nut halves may be used as a filler instead of olives.
