SURPRISE CHEESE PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Dash cayenne pepper
50 sm. stuffed olives

Soften butter; blend with cheese, salt and cayenne. Stir in flour, mixing well. Form 1 5easpoon of the mixture around 1 olive, covering completely. Arrange on baking sheet. Chill until firm. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. These may be made in advance, frozen on baking sheet to keep shape then stored in plastic bag in freezer until needed.
