PORK ROAST 
Pork roast
Pepper
Garlic salt
Chopped onions
Celery

Take pork roast, sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt. Place in roaster. Add chopped onions and celery and small amount of water. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Strain broth and use to make gravy.

GRAVY:

Put 4 tablespoons oil in iron skillet. Heat. Add 2 tablespoons flour, salt, and pepper. Brown. Add broth and simmer until thick. If additional liquid is needed use water. Use whisk for stirring out any lumps.
