PORK ROAST WITH KRAUT 
Bone in pork roast
4 cans Bavarian kraut
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the roast in deep baking pan and cover with salt, pepper and kraut. Cover and bake at 350°F for 3 hours. Remove top of roaster for last 30 minutes of baking. Slice or shred pork before serving.
