PORK TENDERLOIN 
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. sugar
2 pork tenderloins, about 1 1/2 lb. each
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine soy sauce, sesame seeds, sugar, onion flakes, ginger, and garlic powder. Pour over pork, cover and marinate in refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning every 45 minutes. Drain marinade into saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat and save. Bake tenderloins at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees. Cool and slice. To serve, reheat in marinade and serve on rye rounds as an appetizer or separately as an entree. Can be frozen in marinade. Serves 8-10 as main course.
