CHOCOLATE LIME SWIRL PIE 
25-30 chocolate cookies
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
4 drops green food coloring

Butter a 10" pan, line sides with 12 or more cookies, crush remaining cookies and mix with butter and put on bottom of pan, saving some for top of pie. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add lemon juice and sugar and let stand while whipping milk stuff. Add gelatin mixture to whipped cream, continue whipping until mixture has formed stiff peaks. Mix in food coloring. Pour over cookie crumbs. Put remaining crumbs on top. Chill 4 hours. Keep refrigerated.
