CHOCOLATE PIE & WHIPPED TOPPING 
3 slices toast made into crumbs
2 caps butter flavoring
Lemon juice to moisten
Sugar substitute & cinnamon to taste

Mix and press into an 8 inch pie pan.

FILLING:

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
Brown food coloring
12 oz. evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. chocolate extract
4 pkg. sugar substitute
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup milk in pan. Beat eggs with remaining milk and add to pan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Pour mixture into bowl and chill. Stir occasionally until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. Beat at high speed, with electric mixer, until creamy and pour into crust.

WHIPPED TOPPING:

1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener

Combine ingredients above. Beat at high speed with electric mixer, until stiff peaks form.
