MARGIE'S EASY FUDGE 
2 1/4 c. sugar
16 lg. marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Nuts
Crushed peppermint candy
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook first 5 ingredients, stirring often, over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes after it begins to bubble all over top. Be careful not to cook too long. Take off heat. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and peppermint, then vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan (or use a 9 inch square pan for thicker pieces).
