SO EASY 15 MINUTE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

In a saucepan, combine sugar, salt and milk and cocoa. Cook to 240 degrees. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, butter and vanilla. Beat with a wooden spoon several minutes until thick and creamy and gloss disappears. Spread in a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cut into squares.
