1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. marshmallow
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter

Blend first four ingredients in saucepan. Cook on low heat until boiling, stirring occasionally. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow, peanut butter and butter. Beat until thickened. Spread in 8x4 inch greased pan. Cool.
