3 (6 oz.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Dash salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. peanut butter (opt.)

Melt chips and sweetened condensed milk in heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in wax paper lined 9" square pan. Chill until firm.
