PLENTY QUICK FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 sticks butter
Dash of salt
Nuts or peanut butter is optional
18 lg. marshmellows
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
12 oz. or less chocolate chips (NOT semi-sweet)

Melt butter and sugar and milk in large deep pan, cook 10 minutes on high heat (stirring constantly)

Set off and add marshmellows, mix until melted, add chocolate chips and flavoring.

Have buttered dish ready.
