PLUM CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. salad oil 3 eggs, slightly beaten 2 jars (4 3/4 oz.) Heinz plums (with tapioca), baby food 1/4 c. melted butter 1 c. powdered sugar 1 lemon, juiced & grated 2 c. chopped pecans Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs and plums; blend well by hand. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour into 10 inch greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When cool, glaze with mixture of melted butter, powdered sugar and lemon juice. |
