BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
3/4 c. chopped onion
20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. noodles
6 chicken bouillon cubes
6 c. milk
6 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
Garlic powder to taste

Put oil in pan. Saute onion until tender (don't burn). Add garlic, 6 cups of water and bouillon, bring to a boil. Add broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Add noodles, boil 3 to 4 minutes. Turn heat down, little by little add cheese and milk. Never boil after this point so as to not scorch.
