HOT DOG RELISH 
2 c. ground onion
2 c. ground cabbage
2 c. ground green tomatoes
3 c. ground red peppers
6 c. ground green peppers
1/4 c. salt

Mix above together with the salt and let stand over night. Rinse and drain, while it is draining make the dry ingredients. 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 tbsp. mustard seed 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 2 c. cider vinegar 1 c. water

Mix together in large pot, add above mixture. Heat to boiling and simmer 3 to 5 minutes and pack and seal in hot jars. Makes 4 pints.
