MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Cook macaroni until tender. Cook butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk until bubbly. Stir in onion and cheese until cheese is melted. Add sauce to drained macaroni and mix well. Place in a 2 quart buttered baking dish and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
