PISTACHIO DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and press in bottom of oblong baking dish. Bake until brown at 375 degrees and cool.

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Mix at low speed until fluffy and spread on cooled first layer.

2 sm. pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Mix well and spread on top of second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. (Use 12-ounces Cool Whip.) Chill until well set.
