CHICKEN AND SHRIMP STIR FRY 
1 1/2 lb. shrimp, precooked and diced
3 boneless chicken breasts, baked and diced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 lb. pea pods
1 pkg. pasta, cooked
1 (16 oz.) jar grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 pt. of half and half milk

Saute vegetables in oil until tender. Add chicken, shrimp and pasta, cook 10 minutes. In small saucepan heat milk, gradually add cheese. Cook until slightly thicken. Add milk mixture to vegetable mixture, mix thoroughly and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve 12.
