STIR FRY SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp
Carrots
Broccoli
Cauliflower
On ions
Green peppers
Zucchini
Mushrooms
Rice - minute white OR brown
Soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Cooking oil

Use the amount of vegetables and shrimp desired.

Grease skillet or griddle with oil. Use large saucepan or griddle. Cook vegetables in griddle. Cook rice in separate pan as directions on box say. Fry peeled shrimp in pans with mushrooms.

After vegetables are cooked, add shrimp, mushrooms and rice. Mix together. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste. Add butter to vegetables if desired. Serve
