Carrots
Broccoli
Red peppers
Onions
Chicken, beef, or shrimp (1 lb.)

Use fresh vegetables and chop them. Add 1/2 cup water and soy sauce (or any amount you choose) to wok; stir in meat, cook until done; remove and set aside.

Add another 1/2 cup water and soy sauce (any amount you choose) to wok; stir in vegetables, cook until done; return meat to wok with juices.

Make a well in center of wok; add 1/2 cup cold water with 1 tablespoons flour; mix and add in well; add 1 can chicken or beef broth. Let thicken and serve over rice. Top with Chow Mein noodles and almonds.
