STIR FRY CHICKEN OR BEEF 
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 head broccoli
Carrots
Stir fry sauce or soy sauce, Worcestershire & vinegar

Slice and cook vegetables. Set aside. Heat meat on medium high setting. Drain grease. Stir in vegetables. Add stir fry sauce. Mix well; then heat on low setting for 5 minutes. Serve on rice.
