STIR FRY WITH CHICKEN OR BEEF 
6 boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
4 c. water
4 bouillon cubes, chicken or beef
7 tbsp. soy sauce
6 c. stir fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts, etc.)
3 c. 10 Minute Rice (brown or white)

Stir fry chicken 10 minutes. Add water, cubes, sauce and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium/low heat. Cook 3 minutes. Add rice; cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat; let set 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
