CHICKEN SALAD 
3 lbs. chicken breasts (cut bite size, about 4 c.)
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes (red-green halved lengthwise)
1 c. chopped celery
4 scallions
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. sliced almonds

Combine chicken, grapes, celery, scallions. Mix cream, mayonnaise. Add to chicken mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Add nuts before serving. (Serves 6.)
