LOW-FAT FRENCH FRIES 
2 lg. potatoes, cut for French fries
1 tsp. corn oil

Put 1 teaspoon oil in bowl and add potatoes. Shake to cover with oil. Place potatoes on a flat pan or cookie sheet that has been sprayed very lightly with a non-stick spray. Place in a 475 degree oven. Bake 15 minutes or longer, until browned. May be sprinkled lightly with salt and/or Parmesan cheese. Serves 2.
