1/4 c. honey
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. pecan pieces
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until thickened. Serve immediately. Yield: about 4 cups.
