CREOLE PECAN PRALINES | |
2 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter 1 c. milk 2 tbsp. Karo syrup 4 c. pecans Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Beat until thick and drop by spoonful on wax paper with newspaper underneath. The pralines are easily removed without breaking. |
