BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. bunches broccoli, trimmed, cut in pieces
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk

Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender-crisp. Drain well, place in a 2 quart casserole. Melt cheese with milk over low heat. Pour over broccoli and cover with crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees until bubbly hot, about 20 minutes.
