BROCCOLI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1/4 lb. Velveeta
1/2 chopped onion, saute in butter

Cook broccoli and rice separately. Combine all ingredients. Add Velveeta last. Bake in moderate oven (300-325 degrees) until cheese melts.
