CHICKEN IN A GARDEN 
1 (9 inch) Mrs. Smith's pie crust, baked
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup

Combine chicken, vegetables, and soup. Add 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onions over top. Bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 5 to 6.
