CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2-3 pound fryer or broiler or 2-3 lb. pkg. meaty chicken pieces
1 box. chicken flavor stuffing mix
6-8 American cheese slices

Boil or bake chicken. Remove bone and skin. Spread soup, undiluted, on bottom of 9 x 9 baking dish. Arrange already cooked and deboned chicken pieces (or chopped chicken) over soup. Prepare box of stuffing mix according to directions on box and spread over soup and chicken mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and arrange cheese slices over casserole. Return to oven and bake just until cheese is melted. Watch closely because cheese will burn quickly after melted. Remove from oven and enjoy!
