ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 cans asparagus, drained
2 tsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
Dash of mustard
1 can Pet evaporated milk
Paprika
2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Saltine crackers
3 eggs, hard boiled

Make a cream sauce by melting butter, adding flour, salt and pepper, and mustard. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add grated cheese.

In a casserole dish, place a layer of crushed saltine crackers, a layer of asparagus, a layer of chopped eggs, 1/2 of the cream sauce. Repeat another layer, ending with the cream sauce. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
