MAKE AHEAD LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, brown and drain fat
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Schilling spaghetti sauce mix
2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
6 cans water
1/2 lb. uncooked lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste and water to browned meat. Simmer 10 minutes.

In 13 by 9 inch baking dish, spread 1 1/2 c. sauce; arrange layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, top with some sauce, and some of each cheese in layers. Repeat, making sure noodles are immersed in sauce. You must refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes; cut into squares to serve. Serves 8.
