MAKE AHEAD MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and shape into 1 inch balls. Place in an ungreased jelly roll pan and bake about 10 minutes.

To freeze, cool the meatballs about 5 minutes and place in freezer 15-20 minutes. Package and label and place in freezer for future use.
