MAKE AHEAD LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 6 cans water 12 oz. cottage cheese 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 oz. powdered spaghetti sauce mix 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add powdered spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. In a 9 x 13 pan spread 1 1/2 cup sauce arrange layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, top with some sauce and some of each cheese in layers. Repeat making sure noodles are immersed in sauce. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes, cut into squares to serve. |
