FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. fruit cocktail, undrained
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Pour in cake loaf pan, sprinkle with 1 cup nuts and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown. Bake in loaf bread pan. Very moist.
