INGREDIENTS FOR CAKES:

3 boxes Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake mix
3 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
1 dozen eggs
1 sm. bottle Wesson oil
Drained fruit from starter
3 c. raisins (optional)
3 c. pecans (optional)
3 c. walnuts (optional)
3 c. coconut (optional)

This amount makes about 3 tube or bundt cakes or 6 loaves. It is better to make one cake at a time. To make one cake, pour the following into a large bowl and stir with a spoon. DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER.

1 box cake mix, 1 box instant vanilla pudding, 4 eggs, 2/3 cup Wesson oil, 1 1/2 cup drained fruit from starter (1 cup raisins, walnuts, pecans, coconut - optional). Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake tube or bundt pan 55-65 minutes. Bake loaf pans 25-35 minutes or until cake tests done.
